How are the product sizes measured?
All clothes are placed flat on a flat stand and the outer dimensions are measured. Please note that some errors may occur depending on the product and design. See size guide for details.
Can I return/refund the purchased product?
Products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective. When returning or exchanging an item, please be sure to send the delivery note together with the item. In addition, we will charge a fee for product repairs and aftercare. Please contact us directly if you wish to do so. *Please note that we may not be able to accept your request depending on the condition of the product.
How many days after ordering will it be shipped?
After you place an order (after payment is confirmed), we will arrange shipping within 7 business days. Please note that all products are handmade, so the delivery date may vary depending on the production process. In addition, regarding custom-made products, we will start manufacturing after receiving the order, so it will take about one and a half to two months. Please note.
Can you wrap it?
Normally, we will deliver it with a box and a clear bag. A ribbon is included for simple gift wrapping. Please write in the remarks column when purchasing.
Please tell me about the material.
Please note that the product is handmade, so the texture may differ depending on the product. The material uses silver925. In addition, plated items are coated with K18. Both are items that are unlikely to cause allergies, but if you have an allergic reaction, please stop wearing them immediately. Please refer to the user guide for detailed information and handling methods.
